Quality is the Lifeline of Our Company
We consider quality the cornerstone of our production. Without it, all efforts are in vain. Hence, our company places immense importance on thorough product inspections, beginning from raw material checks, twice-daily first product inspections, workshop inspections, spot checks, to comprehensive inspections before shipment.
We conduct specific tests such as hardness, tensile, and salt spray testing on different products. Upon shipping, we provide detailed reports to ensure they meet your requirements.
Quality Control
1) Inspecting raw materials upon arrival at our factory-Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
2) Verifying details before initiating production.
3) Conducting full and routing inspections during mass production-In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
4) Inspecting goods post-production-Final Quality Control (FQC)
5) Final checks before dispatch-Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Each product is securely packed in a bubble bag and then placed in a carton, with each carton weighing less than 20 KG. The cartons are then placed in a wooden box. We also accommodate specified packaging requests.
