We always place the highest importance on quality. Without it, any discussion is moot. Our comprehensive inspection process includes initial raw material inspections, twice-daily product first inspections, workshop assessments, spot checks, and full inspections before shipment to ensure top-notch product quality.
We also conduct various tests like hardness testing, tensile testing, and salt spray testing based on product requirements. Each shipment comes with detailed reports to guarantee that our products meet your exact needs!
Quality Control
1) Inspecting raw materials upon arrival at our factory-Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
2) Verifying details before production commences.
3) Performing full and routing inspections throughout mass production-In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
4) Conducting final inspections on finished goods-Final Quality Control (FQC)
5) Verifying goods before dispatch-Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Each product is meticulously packed in a bubble bag, then placed into cartons weighing less than 20 KG each. These cartons are then secured inside a wooden box. We also accommodate specific packaging requests.
