At ChengEn, we regard quality as the cornerstone of production. Without quality, all efforts are futile. Thus, we emphasize rigorous product inspections, from initial raw material checks to bi-daily product inspections, workshop assessments, spot checks, and comprehensive final inspections before shipment.
We conduct specialized tests for different products, including hardness testing, tensile testing, and salt spray testing. Accompanying each shipment, we provide detailed product reports to ensure they meet your exact specifications.
Quality Control
1) Inspecting raw materials upon arrival-Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
2) Verifying specifications before production begins.
3) Conducting full inspections and routine checks during mass production-In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
4) Final inspection of finished products-Final Quality Control (FQC)
5) Ensuring quality during dispatch-Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Each product is meticulously packed in a bubble bag, then placed in a carton weighing less than 20 kg. Cartons are subsequently organized within a wooden box. We can also accommodate specific packaging requests.
