We prioritize quality in every production phase, understanding that without it, everything else is moot. Our rigorous inspection processes start from raw material intake and include bi-daily product inspections, workshop audits, spot checks, and comprehensive pre-shipment inspections.
Different products undergo specific tests such as hardness, tensile, and salt spray testing. We provide detailed reports with shipments to ensure our products meet your specifications.
Quality Control
1) Inspecting raw materials upon arrival at our factory - Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
2) Verifying details before production begins.
3) Conducting full and routine inspections during mass production - In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
4) Inspecting finished goods - Final Quality Control (FQC)
5) Verifying products before dispatch - Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Each product is meticulously packed in a bubble bag, placed in a carton not exceeding 20 kg, and then housed in a wooden box. Custom packaging requests are warmly welcomed.
